About Strength & Grace Pilates
Welcome
Welcome to Strength & Grace Pilates — a space where strength meets balance, and movement becomes empowering.
My goal is simple: to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where every person feels comfortable beginning or continuing their Pilates journey.
My Journey
My fitness journey began in 2017 when I registered for my first long-distance sporting event — the Dublin Marathon. What started as a personal challenge quickly grew into a passion for endurance training and strength development.
Since then, I have trained in strength and weight training, completed half marathons across three continents, Olympic triathlons across Europe, and two Ironman 70.1 races in Ireland and the UK.
Through this training, I discovered Pilates — not just as an exercise, but as a transformative foundation for performance, posture and long-term health.
Pilates helped me:
- Improve alignment
- Enhance athletic performance
- Prevent injury and recover stronger
- Strengthen my core
- Correct posture from long hours at a desk
My Qualifications
I am a Certified Advanced Mat Pilates Instructor (NTC, EQF Level 4 Higher Diploma).
I specialise in:
- Pre & Post Postpartum Pilates
- Older Adults Pilates
- Core strength and postural alignment
I am currently continuing my professional development with further certification in Reformer Pilates Training.
My approach combines strength, precision, breathwork and flow — helping you build resilience in both body and mind.
