Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates classes are strength-based and dynamic, focusing on the core muscles that stabilise the trunk and protect the spine.
Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that trains the entire body — not just the core. Each movement demands concentration and precision, helping you improve alignment, posture and balance.

- Grip socks are recommended, especially for Reformer classes. Socks and mats will be sold in class as stocks last.
- Pilates mats are essential for class – recommended thickness is 10mm (minimum) and 15mm (ideal)

Of course, any class will improve your overall body strength, flexibility and balance but most members see significant results attending 2–3 times per week.
